ANNA collaborates with producer and ceremony guide East Forest on new single 'Let You In'

Electronic producer & DJ ANNA today reveals her new collaboration with the electro-acoustic and contemporary classical giant East Forest. ‘Let You In’, the final single taken from her debut ambient electronic album ‘Intentions’, which is set for release on May 19th via Mercury KX.

While many latter-day ambient albums sustain a singular mood, ANNA’s forthcoming album is rich with inviting possibilities, alive in freedom and unbound in the sensations they could evoke. An introspective listening experience of both reflection and integration, ‘Let You In’ explores the sonic landscape between both artists worlds, psychedelically charged yet emotionally warm.

There is something so pleasing and special about combining acoustic instruments and voice with ANNA’s rich analog textures and beats. In this song, the piano, vibraphone and voice all swim perfectly within deep melodic beats and harmonious and dissonant arpeggios. The vibe is and driving, hopeful, and grounded yet cosmic.  I think we each found ourselves reaching for the opposite polarity of our respective musical lanes: I often pushed for beats and energy and I think ANNA was drawn to bringing out the heartfelt and ambiance.
